Shipping Policy: I almost always make everything to order and with my current backlog I normally start with your order about 3-4 days after receiving it. During holidays orders can take 1-2 weeks. If you are looking to order for Christmas, the best time is early to mid November which guarantees you will get your order well in advance.

What Type of Equipment Do You Have? I own a Boss LS1420 and the latest addition to my shop is a OneFinity CNC.
What Type of Materials Can You Cut/Engrave? I mostly use all different species of hard woods and soft woods. Some of my favorites are maple, walnut and cherry and many of my designs incorporate two to three different species of wood. I have used different acrylics (both clear and colored) which go very well with my wood designs.
How Long Will It Take to Get My Order? I almost always make everything to order and with my current backlog I normally start with your order about 3-4 days after receiving it. Everything that I make usually has laser time of about 1-4 hours.
Do You Accept Custom Orders? Absolutely! Although I love the products I've created on my site, I also enjoy working with people on ideas they have for unique gifts. So, please feel free to reach out via email or text above and let's set up a time to talk about your unique project.
