Custom Orders & Personalization

Yes, I absolutely accept custom orders! While I love the products in my shop, I also enjoy collaborating on unique ideas. Whether you need a custom lake map, personalized sign, engraved cutting board, or something completely original, let's talk about bringing your vision to life.

Shipping & Production Timeline

Standard Production Time: Most orders are made-to-order and begin production within 3-4 days of purchase. Laser engraving typically takes 1-4 hours per piece, plus finishing and quality checks.

Holiday Orders: During peak seasons (especially November-December), production may take 1-2 weeks. For Christmas delivery, I recommend ordering by early to mid-November to guarantee arrival well in advance.

Rush Orders: Need something faster? Contact me directly to discuss expedited production options.

Shipping Method: All orders ship via USPS with tracking. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What equipment do you use?
I use professional-grade equipment to ensure precision and quality:

  • AEON Mira7S Laser (20"×28" capacity) - New for Spring 2026, replacing my Boss LS1420
  • Boss LS1420 Laser - My original laser since 2021
  • Onefinity CNC Machine - Added in 2024 for dimensional cutting and carving

What materials can you work with?
I specialize in hardwoods and softwoods, with favorites including maple, walnut, and cherry. Many designs incorporate 2-3 different wood species for visual depth. I also work with clear and colored acrylics that complement wood beautifully.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I ship primarily within the United States. Contact me for international shipping inquiries.

What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Since most items are made-to-order, please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once production has started, modifications may not be possible.
